This is possible thanks to our natural mattress manufactory. You can personally assemble your own futon mattress or futon by choosing the material(s) that best “suit” you from our wide range of tested raw materials. With it, various cover options, either in color or naturally, are available. Layered and tacked by hand, we can make all shapes and sizes.

No problem! We can use them to make your very own individual futon. All futons are naturally subject to the strict criteria of dormiente’s harmful substances control.

This is how to customize your own futon mattress

For your natural mattress we offer either the basic model A with four layers of pure cotton (organic), as well as the unquilted cover made of pure cotton (organic) or the basic model B with four layers of pure virgin wool (KbT) within the cover. After you have chosen a model, you can now add “ingredients” to your futon. An example – as shown below- can be a core made of 100% natural latex with a thickness of e.g. 6cm, covered with a layer of horsehair on both sides for better climate regulation. This core is then placed in the center of the base model. It is still possible to add, for instance, a layer of pure new organic wool to one side of the mattress to have an extra cozy winter side. Now, your own futon mattress is ready. If desired, you can also order an additional washable or colored cover.
